I LOVE this picture of Mom and Dad. Mainly because they look so happy and relaxed...but also because Mom was dying to have this little statue in all of our pictures. She thought it was so cute and Icould tell that she wanted to take it home! Later that night it had disappeared and we didn't pay too much attention to it. Well then Mom's "Arch nemesis" (who sat at our table and we couldn't figure why she would want to sit next to us since she has never liked Mom) started circling our table suspiciously and finally came up and asked me if we had seen the little state. I spotted it on the table next to ours, and that was when she explained that SHE was the one who decorated the table and it belonged to her and she wnated to make sure that it didn't "walk away". After she left, we all just looked at each other and laughed. Mom wouldn't touch or look at it after that and even asked if we could "photoshop" it out of the pictures. It was a HILLARIOUS situation that you just had to be there to appreciate!!!!

Mele Kalikimaka!

Who do I like more? I think tha Im a pretty even mix of these two.

Dad is so funny...he kept saying, "so when are we going to eat" or "what's taking them so long". And as usual it started late so he kept asking for about an hour:-) He is an example of the endearing definition of the word "cantankerous"!

It has been a long time since I was able to attend a Ward Christmas party with my parents and the first time I ever had Lee come to one. It was just nice for the four of us to sit and visit and have some Holiday Cheer:-) It definitely made it a memorable and special Christmas for me.
