Thankful Thursdays!

I am thankful for NEWBORN BABIES!  I finally got to meet LAIE in person this week!  Leah had Laie the day before Thanksgiving and she is just the cutest little thing EVER! This picture was taken the day she was born:-D

Here she is two weeks old and just cute as a button.  She was NOT into having her picture taken, as it was interrupting her beauty sleep:-P  There is something so special about holding a newborn baby.  It just feels like you are a little closer to Heaven when they are in your arms.  Watch out Leah...Im HOOKED so you might just find me knocking on your door everyday for the next month! LOL

I am thankful for HAWAIIAN WINTERS!!!  As my friends were complaining about all the snow in Utah I was cruising with the window down, shades on and LOVING our beautiful weather!  Although I do have some longing for a White Christmas...I can look at a picture of it while lounging in my t-shirt, shorts and getting a tan;-) Okay stop giving me dirty looks all you Utah people...I have to pay $7 for a gallon of milk and a 300 sq ft studio is $1200 a month!  So let me have my moment!!!

I am super grateful that I have medical insurance.  I couldn't find a picture to represent that so I found a cute one of Savannah to put up becuase I am also grateful that SHE has medical insurance too.  I really had no idea how expensive it was to be HEALTHY until recently when I picked up a prescription for Lee and saw the $495 retail value...I almost fainted.  Then when I only had to dish out $15, I immediatley thanked Heavenly Father for insurance and for my parents who provide me and Lee coverage.  I will never take advantage of health insurance ever again! And looking at this picture I am SO GRATEFUL that we have a healthy child.  Savannah had her 6 year check up and she is in the 93 percentile in height!  She is gonna be TALL and THIN (lucky girl) and HEALTHY.

That's all for this week...im feeling a little overwhlemed this week and almost forgot to do my post!  I even missed our ward Christmas party (which I was really looking forward to) but I dont think stuffing myself with yummy and fattening food would make me feel better about my life:-P Okay maybe it would but I opted to stay home and rest and hopefully kick this cold to the curb before Sunday!  Until next week...I hope you all think aout the things you are thankful for too!  LOVE YA!!!!!!
