Welcome Home Baby!!!

After 18 long months...I FINALLY got to bring my Honey HOME:D I picked him up at 830am Saturday morning, December 10th! The night before I could barely sleep because I was so excited and anxious to get the house in order!!! But as soon as I saw him walking towards me through those gates I cold barely contain myself. I was jumping and squealing and could barely contain myself:)
We went over to see Lee's Mom and then picked up his brother to have breakfast.  I was so happy to just have him in the car with mea nd to be able to touch him and look at him as much as I wanted.
We headed home and was greeted by our neighbors and the girls were so excited to see Uncle Lee.  They made him cards and were a little shy at first but warmed up really quickly.  I think Mike was almost as excited to see him as I was;P
This was lee's first time seeing the new house and our first good picture together. I took a few with my phone but they were kind of blurry.  Aren't we so cute together??? heehee I didn't get a picture but Kayla was kind of confused when the girls brought her downstairs to see Lee. It took her to realize who he was but when she did, she just sat right at his side and leaned her head on his leg...and has been his shadow ever since!
The Johanson's had planned on having Lee's car washed before we got home but I forgot to text them that we were on our way so Lee jumped in and of COURSE wanted to wash his baby before even going INSIDE!
Mike took Lee for a drive and they both had silly boyish grins on their faces when the car started up and the exhaust rumbled...boys and their toys;P
We finally went upstairs and Lee couldn't believe the house...he kept saying that it felt like he was in the mainland and that the house was too fancy.  He was so happy to be home and super excited to go to church the next day.  We got there bright and early so he could meet with the Bishop and I was singing int he choir that day so had to be there for practice. I was up in the choir loft practicing when he walked in the door and seeing him literally took my breath away. I couldn't contain my tears or my smiles the entire day. Especially when people would come up and hug him and welcome him home...we have such an amazing ward and so many people who were so happy to have him home! I had several people tell me that I was glowing and although I didn't notice it I FELT IT...I have never been so happy in my life and I am so thankful that we endured these past few years and have come out of it stronger and more faithful.  I am so looking forward to our future together and can't wait to see what 2012 brings us! We love you all and thank you for your support, love and prayers.  We can't WAIT to return the favor:D
