Day 4 of my Blog Challenge is What I ate today???
I am doing this one brand new;) I woke up and had a protein shake. I then came to work and ate lunch and had a green salad with artichokes, cucumbers, cottage cheese and some jicama. Then some Chicken Cacciatore. I just finished off a protein bar and am STARVING!!!! ROFL...if I answered this yesterday you would be appalled at what you read:P I have been "emotionally eating" and today is my first day BACK on the atkins diet. Ionly have about 25 pounds to go to hit my goal before my Hubby comes home so I HAVE to get back on the ball!!! So there is what I ate today;)

The best part of ANY meal is good company! Love you Mibi! I'm soooo slowly starting to believe I can do Atkins..
I love it! And I still haven't started the challenge. Just fire me already. :(
