It was a fabulous Birthday week for me...last years was much more somber as I was still dealing with Lee being gone. But this year, with knowing he will be home soon, I truly celebrated my Birthday! Earlier in the week, my best friend, Ivana took me to lunch and we went shopping where I bought me some clothes as a Birthday present to my self:) On Thursday, my High School friend Fia and I celebrated our Birthdays together with Lunch at LeiLei's. Our Birthdays are two days a part.

Than Friday night, the Johanson's had me over to watch a movie and Katrina gave me a pedicure! I have never had anyone actually soak, rub, and paint my feet before...it was one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me. The girls brushed and played with my hair and I felt so relaxed and loved!!!
All I wanted for my Birthday/Anniversary was to see my Husband..and I got my wish!!! If that was all I did to celebrate, I would be perfectly happy! And our visit landed on our actual Anniversary which was Saturday. After our awesome visit, I headed over to pick up Des (who's Birthday is the 23rd) and went to see BREAKING DAWN...we are both huge fans so it was fun to see it together and it did not disappoint:D
We picked up her kids and headed to Pearlridge to go to Farrell's Ice Cream Parlor. There was a Farrell's when I was really young and I remember thinking it was the best place ever. They closed down for years and then re opened a couple of years ago. Tori has a Birthday on Nov. 26, so we all got sung to that day!
Des and I always have such a fun time together...we laugh all the time and I am so comfortable with her.
And her children are adorable...I wish they lived closer to us but I am grateful for all the time we do get to spend together!
Sunday, I went over to the Johanson's for my official Birthday dinner:) Katrina asked what my favorite treat was and its Sugar cookies with cream cheese icing!
Makenna sneaking bites of Chicken Cordon Bleu!
Mike had meetings that day so it was just us girls and Dinner was so nice!
I just love these girls...they fill a hole in my heart with their smiles, laughter and hugs. I love them all but Kaitlynn (the baby) is like THERAPY for me...I walk in the door and her face lights up and I just want to squeeze her and kiss her all day. I'm so grateful to have them in my life and truly am blessed this year. With all that has happened, I have survived it all with the help of my family and dear friends. Next years Birthday post will be filled with similar pictures but will include the other half of my heart and I CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!!
